Visitor Wifi Access
Connect to the “BostonCollege” wireless network. Go to helix.bc.edu and select “Guest Registration page.” Complete the registration form. You will receive a confirmation email or text with your login credentials. Return to helix.bc.edu and select “Guest Login Page.” Enter the login credentials you received by email or text. You can use these same credentials to connect other devices to the “BostonCollege” network.

Parking On Campus
Visitor parking is available in the University’s two central garages–the Commonwealth Avenue Garage and the Beacon Street Garage. Upon entry to the garage, all visitors must take a ticket. A paid ticket is required to exit the garage, at ~$28 for the full day. All vehicles must exit the garage by 11:00 p.m. Sunday night. Vehicles left in the garage are subject to ticketing/towing.
Public Transportation
The campus Is accessible via the MBTA Green Line - Subway system in Boston. The last outbound stop of the Boston College (B Train) of the green line ends at the foot of the campus on Commonwealth Ave. If you are traveling from Boston Logan Airport, you may take the MBTA Silver Line to access public transportation for free directly from the airport.
Food & Drink
Community Meals
In addition to kicking off each day with coffee, tea, and water, which will be available throughout the conference, lunch will be included on Friday and Saturday. Conference attendees will share a community dinner on Friday, June 14th. On Saturday, June 15, conference attendees may explore Boston area dining and social options.
